We say to you dear one, the healing and the opening, receiving love are not special, occasional acts you practice. These are offered to you every time you open the Light pillar and are channeling the frequencies from the Source. So if you allow yourself to open to your Light pillar, the healing and the love will be delivered to you through the Light pillar. And we remind you dear one, when you are within the Light pillar allow yourself to release to the Heart of Earth and to the Source, simply through the breathing in order to receive. Yes you need to breathe in, but at the same time you need to let the frequencies run through you by breathing out. Through this in and out the Light will flow through you, up to down, and to the down and up, vibrating each cell of your physical body and all other bodies that you are within the Light pillar. Focus on the flow just by breathing in and out.
